Every module writes to the same journal

Nobody re-keys a sale, a payslip or a receipt into accounting. The module that did the work posts the entry, so the ledger is current and every report agrees with it.

Close a month and it stays closed: nothing can be posted into it until someone reopens it.

What our database actually holds

Encryption happens on your device, with NIST's post-quantum algorithms: ML-KEM-768 to share keys and ML-DSA-65 to sign. The server stores ciphertext and hands it back; only a browser signed in to your company turns it into numbers again.

The key is yours

Each company gets a recovery key when it is created. There is no vendor master key and no backdoor: without your password or that key, nobody can open the sealed fields, us included.

Ask for it in plain words

The assistant, built on Claude by Anthropic, finds the records, prepares the change and waits. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and it works within your role's permissions, never the sealed fields.

It also reads a receipt, an invoice or an ID card from a photo and fills in the form.
